Les Shockwaves NME Awards 2008 ont eu lieu le 28 février dernier à Londres. Entre les Artic Monkeys élus meilleur groupe britannique, et Muse élus meilleur groupe live, le DVD de l'Unplugged de Nirvana, sorti l'année dernière, a été élu "Best Music DVD".
Les autres prétendants au titre étaient : Babyshambles (’Up The Shambles’), Led Zeppelin (’The Song Remains The Same’), Oasis (’Lord Don’t Slow Me Down’), Amy Winehouse (’You Know I’m Trouble’)

The Shockwaves NME Awards 2008 took place last night (February 28) at the IndigO2 venue in London, where a variety of music stars picked up awards for their achievements over the past year.
